Well it seems like everyone but literally everyone is dealing someway with self doubt. It can be mentally exhausting, because you know you can do better for yourself then always overthink your thoughts instead of taking real action. I can tell you that I deal with it myself. Asking is this really gonna work out for me? Is this something that I can achieve ? The worst thing is that those thoughts let you in a dark place and you have to know that you can overcome this so you can improve your life for the better. And I always realized it’s just all in my head.

A low self esteem is a opinion that people have of themselves. If you have a healthy self esteem you will not worry as much about your abilities and have a more positive way to life. There are different studies that have linked self-image with a variety of problems that can affect everything from the way you view your goals or career and it can even effects your relationship in a bad way.

  1. Finding it hard to speak up for yourself and prioritize your own needs, wants and feelings.Feeling guilty for everyday actions and have ‘I’m sorry’ and saying things as ‘I’m sorry’ every time.

1. Make a list of your priorities and goals.

Create a habit to write your goals down every day, week or month. Try to stick to them so you donโ€™t get derailed by other peopleโ€™s needs, demands, and requests. This helps you to remind that you live for yourself and not for others.

There are a lot of apps these days that will help you to calm your mind and let you think about the things that you want to achieve or change for yourself. Get away from the daily routine and sit with yourself. It’s all about self reflection and self love.

3. Start lifting yourself up!ย 

Leave love notes to yourself around your home, office, car or any other space that you spend a lot of time in. For example, I am beautiful, I am confident, I am successful, I am worthy! (Because you are). Before long, these affirmations will not feel foreign to you โ€“ and you will start to feel it and believe it

4. Identify and challenge your own negative beliefs

The things like writing down affirmations everyday will help you to improve your physical health, because it can help you to reflect in those moments when you have a hard time. You remember yourself that you are incapable to do everything as long as you believe in it

5. Build positive relationships and avoid negative people (as much as you can)

Try to look for yourself which relationships in your life right now have a positive influence in your life. Do you have relationship where you can be totally yourself? Are those people respecting you as a person and do they motivate and stimulate you to achieve your goals? If not try to avoid or end those relationships. Build relationships that make you feel good about yourself and where you can express your thoughts and creativity.

6. Take rest whenever you need

Most people are always around others and try to fit in a certain community or relationship. You don’t have to be perfect all the time. Some people have a great time connecting with friends and colleagues, but they need to reflect on those relationships and can’t be around them all the time. Sometimes they get overwhelmed and don’t want to socialize. That’s fine learn to say no to things and truly listen to what you need at that moment.

How I started a plant based lifestyle

So since I started to go cold turkey with the steroids that i used for my eczema, I realized that something had to change to the way that I ate. I came across many instagram accounts that were eating a vegan diet. so that includes no meat, no dairy, no fish, no animal product at all.

And i was like well what do you eat then? Most people are eating everything that they want and don’t realise that soon or later it can take a tool on your health. I was facing the truth when I saw how bad my diet was. I had a sugar addiction and i was overeating a lot of junk food. Chicken was y number 1 food and i was also eating dairy daily. I had a lot of symptoms that my body signed to me. I had stomach cramps, headaches, insomnia etc. First i started to quit eating dairy and eggs. I noticed a different, but i still was bloated and not feeling well. I was never a big meat eater, but chicken and fish were my daily intake of animal products. Step by step did i avoid all kind of products with milk or anything that came from an animal.

A few weeks on a plant based diet i felt tired in the beginning. but my digestion was 10 times better. When you want to heal your body naturally it is imporant to avoid inflammatory food for your gut like dairy and gluten. Your gut is like 80% of your immuunsystem. If your gut is unhappy you feel that to in your emotions. So when I started my day with a fruit smoothie i feel way more energised. Now a days I eat as much fruit and veggies as I want and I feel great about it !

Instead of snicker bars and a bag of chips you can try to think what it’s really is that your’e body is craving. Most of the times when we crave something sweet it’s actually the brain that is telling you I need some glucose and fructose from fruits. When you crave something savory like salty chips and junkfood, the body just want some minerals and good fats like nuts, avocado and coconut. So to include more healthy snacks you won’t crave those processed food anymore. It will take a while for your brain to shift from those habits, but try to do your best as you can. You can go for rice crackers with a nut butter and sesamseeds, or some homemade hummus with veggies. I will write some more ideas on which easy snacks you can make yourself.

My journey to a raw vegan diet

To start at the beginning…

I always had problems with my eating habits. As a child I loved all the sweets and chips that came with birthdays and other special days. I also ate more when I felt sad, bored or overwhelmed. I grew up on a diet with the standard foods like breads, meat, dairy, starches and all the processed foods. I wasn’t a big kid, but I was never one of the small kids too. I had excess belly fat from the bad foods that I was eating. I wanted to be as small as them and I wanted to eat everything without getting bigger just like the rest of my friends. It wasn’t the case for me and when I was 13 years old I tried to restrict my calories so bad. I was so strict with myself and I was so hungry that would always end in binge eating. It really was exhausting and a vicious cirkel.

All those symptoms

I always had many symptoms like eczema, bloating, mood swings, depression etc. I had very stressful times in my teen years and my eczema got worse. So I went to the dermatologist and I started to be depended on the steroid creams. It was getting worse and worse, I had to do something!

So I went cold turkey and my horrible drug withdrawal started. my skin was so inflamed and it has spread everywhere. That was the moment that I seriously started to look into diet. First I did an allergy test and it said that my body reacted to cow’s milk (Because it doesn’t belong in the human body) so I stopped all dairy products. I also had a gluten sensitivity so I avoided that too.

Searching and searching

Then I kept searching at the internet and I focused on ‘how to heal the skin from the inside out’. That was when the plant based diet came out. No meat, no dairy and no processed stuff. I was like what the heck can I make and eat now!?! I came across ‘the medical medium’. This is a man named Anthony William that is spreading a lot of information about healing the body with Whole Foods and…. A lot of fruit!!!

Great improvements

I started to make more smoothies and introduce more fruit into my diet. I felt good when I ate the fruit, but I still had a lot of problems with my digestion. Food combining plays a huge part in having a healthy gut. I was still eating plant-based with lots of fat and overeating, because I was never satisfied !

Results in such a short time!

In the summer of 2020 my body asked for fruits a lot of hydrating foods, especially watermelon, mango and grapes. All of a sudden I started to loose the extra weight that I was caring for so many years and I kept searching for healing the body on a deeper level. I Came across Dr. Robert Morse, an alternative doctor who was healing his clients with only raw fruits and herbs!

We have been told that fruit has to much sugar, so I wanted to make sure that I was doing the right thing. I heard and read many stories about people reversing all kinds of diseases even cancer!

Healing is real

What I realized was is that there are so many people healing themselves by eating raw fruits, so in my opinion that’s the truth right there.

Every year one step closer to a healthier, high energy, happy life!

What to do with hiding feelings?

When youโ€™re dealing with something hard you canโ€™t believe that there will be an end.
It can be everything, a break up , ending friendship, study stress.
You get distracted by other things , choosing to avoid those stress feeling and not coming to a solution.
Your unconscious mind will always send you signals.
You canโ€™t avoid those stress feelings.

You supress them for a period of time with poison alcohol, drugs , food , bad behaviour etc.
To truly feel peaceful you have to face the thing that you think you canโ€™t do or overcome!
There are a lot of things that can help with clearing your mind .
Practice meditation, go for a walk, eat healthy , exercise and surround yourself with loving people.

It sounds so simple , but the thing is you donโ€™t wanna bother others with your life problems.
You have to remember that we are in this world together and there is nothing wrong with needing help , needing a hug, advice or just someone to talk to.

I can tell you that when you have a open vision to other people they will likely more understand you.
They canโ€™t feel your feelings as you do , so you canโ€™t blame
them for not understanding you.
Try to be more open to people and see how they react.
